We can help with most of your home repairs or improvements but we don't mend broken or faulty domestic appliances nor do we deal with gas related work. For that you will need a CORGI registered fitter. The list below is by no means complete, but it'll give you a pretty good idea of the type of work we'll take on.

PLUMBING
Repair leaking taps. Install new bathroom suites. Plumb in washing machines/dishwashers. Move radiators. Mend leaking radiators. Install new internal and external taps. Replace washers in existing taps. Cistern repairs and replacement. Fit shower systems. Re-seal bath/shower. Fit outside garden taps. Fit radiators.

PAINTING AND DECORATING
Strip wallpaper. Prepare walls and hang wallpaper. Varnish woodwork. Prepare and paint woodwork. Apply stainblock. Emulsion ceilings and walls. Prepare and prime metalwork. Seal concrete flooring.

ROOFING REPAIRS
Gutter repairs. Gutter clearance. Refix/renew corrugated roofing. Renew felt and battens. Fix soffit and fascia boards. Repair, refix, replace downpipes.

ELECTRICAL
Add new power points and sockets. Change light fittings. Install extra telephone sockets. Security lighting. Shower installation. Cooker points.

PLASTERING
Remove lath and plaster from ceilings and walls. Bond and skim walls. Make good cracks in existing walls and ceilings. Fix plaster coving. Prepare and fix plasterboard to studwork. Pebbledashing. Floor screeding.

FLOORING
Install laminate flooring. Renew skirting boards. Varnish wooden floors. Sand and renovate existing flooring. Raised flooring. Re-sealing/latex floors. Quarry tiling. Renew timber flooring.

BRICKWORK AND MASONRY
Rake out and repoint brickwork. Patios. Rebuild garden walls. General brickwork repairs. Re-bed coping stones.

TILING
Cut out cracked wall tiles. Fix new wall and floor tiles. Quarry tiling. Re-tile bathroom or kitchen. Terracotta. Laminate flooring.

CARPENTRY
Ease and adjust doors. Fit internal & external doors. Refix door frames. Renew wooden garage doors. Repair sash windows. Fit loft door/ladder. Board loft. Renew window sills. Install shelving. Erect garden shed. Install kitchen units. Stud partitions. Built-in wardrobes. Garden decking.

GARDEN REPAIRS
Repair/replace fencing, erect new fence. add trellis, creosote fencing/trellis. Repair/replace pathways. Lay patio. Repair/replace garden brickwork. Repair/replace manhole covers/surrounds.

HIGH PRESSURE WASHING
Cleaning of guttering, fascias, and conservatories (including roofs).

PATIO AND DRIVEWAY CLEANING
Cleaning of patios, driveways and paths.
